About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Loss Prevention & Integrity Support Engineer to support integrity management and major risk assurance across our operations. Reporting to the Lead, Integrity Engineering, this role is instrumental in promoting integrity assurance, coordinating risk management activities, and delivering accurate performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate integrity and major risk management performance reporting and action tracking.
- Maintain and deliver accurate Integrity Threat Register status.
- Prepare IMR dashboards, KPIs, and executive reviews of technical integrity performance.
- Support Technical Integrity Review Team (TIRT) and risk assessments (HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL classification).
- Review downgraded situations (DGS) and advise operations.
- Develop standalone risk assessments and support modifications assessments.
- Conduct barrier monitoring, bow-tie reviews, and annual topside facility surveys.
- Ensure alignment with Company standards and acceptable risk levels for human, asset, production, and environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Master's in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years experience in upstream oil & gas, including 5 years in safety engineering and technical integrity.
- Strong knowledge of industry safety standards and guidelines.
- Proficiency in tools: SAP, SYNERGI, PHAST, OREDA.
- Qualified lead process safety auditor.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness for frequent offshore visits.
- Fluency in English required.
