As a LOTO Coordinator, you will manage and control LOTO permits, isolation processes, and energization activities within assigned zones, ensuring safe execution of works in compliance with ESSW and company procedures.

Your Role

As LOTO Coordinator, you will:

• Review and approve LOTO permits as per authority matrix.
• Verify isolation sources, SLDs, and load schedules.
• Ensure correct lock application and key control.
• Monitor energized equipment and update energization status.
• Conduct field audits and compliance checks.
• Participate in coordination meetings for energization planning.
• Support incident investigation related to LOTO.
• Mentor junior coordinators.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 3–6+ years within MEP, commissioning, or electrical safety roles
• Proven experience managing high-volume permit and isolation systems
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, data centre, or mission-critical projects preferred

Technical Expertise

• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and isolation hierarchy
• Strong understanding of electrical hazards and risk assessment
• Ability to manage energisation sequencing and control strategy
• Strong documentation and MS Office proficiency

Leadership & Governance

• Strong decision-making capability in high-risk environments
• Ability to operate within defined authority matrices
• Experience leading audits and driving compliance culture

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, NFPA 70E, ASP/CSP are highly desirable
