Cinemacity UAE is dedicated to providing world-class luxury cinema & f&b lounge experiences.

With the opening of our newest venue in Marina Mall Abu Dhabi, our venue will offer more than Cinemas & Theaters; including for the first time a space to linger long before and long after the movies. This project will include a Liscenced Private Members Club as well as elevated dining.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lounge Hostess located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Lounge Hostess will work to ensure a welcoming and memorable experience for guests within the VIP lounge area.

Key responsibilities include managing reservations, unparalleled customer service, coordinating with team members to address guest needs, and ensuring the lounge is presented to high hospitality standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities, several languages needed (Arabic fluency preferred & English fluency is a must)
• Proficiency in Reservations management
• Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills
• Ability to work in team-oriented environment
• 2-3 years Previous experience in hospitality, event hosting, or customer service roles is necessary
