Job Summary & Purpose:
The Low Code Applications Delivery In-Charge is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, governance, and support of low-code applications across the organization. This role ensures timely and high-quality delivery of scalable, compliant, and business-aligned low-code solutions.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of low-code applications from initiation through development, testing, UAT, deployment, and controlled go-live.
- Engage with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, understand business problems, and conceptualize effective low-code solutions.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements by creating end-to-end workflows and BRDs, covering functional, non-functional, compliance, and control requirements.
- Review solution workflows and BRDs with business teams, incorporate feedback, amend requirements where necessary, and obtain formal validations and signoffs.
- Ensure all low-code applications adhere to organizational policies, security standards, data privacy requirements, and audit/compliance controls throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams, developers, and external vendors/partners, ensuring requirements are clearly explained, uniformly understood, and accurately implemented.
- Own project management activities including planning, prioritization, timelines, risk and dependency management, and regular stakeholder communication.
- Continuously evaluate delivered applications to ensure adoption, effectiveness, and business value realization. Proactively identify and implement process automation and optimization opportunities.
- Stay updated on emerging low-code/no-code platforms and recommend new tools or technologies to enhance delivery capabilities.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the application delivery lifecycle, especially for critical business applications.
Requirements
Experience
(Yrs& Field) - Min 5+ years of overall experience in IT / Digital Transformation / Application Delivery.
- Min 3+ Years Hands-on experience in low-code / no-code application delivery, business applications, or workflow automation.
Educational Qualification - Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science/information systems, or related discipline.
Professional Certifications - Low-code platform certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Medix, Out Systems, or equivalent).
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) Preferred.
- Business Analysis or Process certifications (CBAP, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma) Added advantage.
