Job Purpose
The Loyalty & Partnerships Supervisor is responsible for developing and managing loyalty initiatives, customer retention programs, and strategic brand partnerships that increase customer engagement, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value. The role focuses on building programs and collaborations that create value for both customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the company's loyalty program and customer reward initiatives.
- Plan campaigns that increase customer retention, repeat purchase, and customer engagement.
- Identify and manage partnerships with relevant brands, platforms, banks, telecom companies, lifestyle brands, and other strategic partners.
- Coordinate partnership campaigns from concept to execution, including offers, benefits, communication, and performance tracking.
- Work with CRM to target the right customer segments for loyalty and partnership campaigns.
- Analyze loyalty performance, customer behavior, redemption rates, and campaign results.
- Develop new ideas to increase customer value and encourage repeat purchases.
- Negotiate partnership benefits and ensure agreements support business objectives.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, operations, branches, e-commerce, and marketing teams when needed.
- Prepare regular reports on loyalty performance, partnership campaigns, and customer engagement.
- Monitor competitors loyalty programs and partnership activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in loyalty, partnerships, marketing, business development, or customer engagement.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of customer behavior and retention.
- Ability to manage campaigns and cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
