Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an LPG Plant Engineer based in the United Arab Emirates. The LPG Plant Engineer will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of LPG plant facilities. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, performing routine inspections, managing repairs, and overseeing the operation of LPG storage, transportation, and distribution systems. The role also involves coordinating with external vendors, implementing process improvements, and ensuring adherence to local regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of LPG plant operations, gas handling, pipeline engineering, and plant maintenance techniques.
  • Safety and Compliance: Understanding of safety regulations, hazard identification practices, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Project Management: Ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee critical operations, including maintenance and installation projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and diagnosing faults in equipment or systems.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Experience: Prior experience in the LPG or energy industry is preferred.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively.
