What you will be working on
Assist in the planning, coordination, and management of land acquisition and securing of land for transport infrastructure projects.
Advice on land-related matters, budgeting and ensure alignment with regulatory policies and development guidelines.
Utilize Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) to manage, analyze, and visualize spatial data related to land and infrastructure assets.
Maintain and update land and geospatial databases, maps, and related documentation.
Liaise with government agencies to resolve land-related matters.
What we are looking for
Knowledge in Real Estate, Land Management, Urban Planning, Geography, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
Experience with AutoCAD/Microstation software
Knowledge and hands-on experience in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and spatial data analysis will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Prior experience in land management, planning, or public sector projects will be an advantage.
