Job Purpose
To drive market share and revenue growth for our lubricant brands within the B2C & retail channel across the UAE. This involves acquiring and managing key retail accounts (auto parts stores, service centers), ensuring perfect in-store execution, and implementing local marketing initiatives to pull products through to the end consumer.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven B2C / retail sales experience in the UAE market.
Non-negotiable: Prior experience in the automotive aftermarket preferably with lubricants, batteries, tires, or auto parts.
Established network of contacts with automotive retailers, service centers, or parts distributors is a significant advantage
Licenses: Valid UAE driver's license is a must
