Are you a detail-driven project leader with deep expertise in marble and stone works Do you thrive in high-value, design-led environments where precision, craftsmanship, and execution matter
We're looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of marble and stone packages across ultra-luxury developments — managing everything from factory coordination to on-site execution.
What You'll Be Doing :-
- Lead end-to-end delivery of marble packages, from production to installation across multiple projects.
- Coordinate closely with factories (cutting, polishing, sealing), ensuring quality through dry-lay approvals and inspections.
- Oversee site execution, including book-matching, installation quality, and real-time problem-solving.
- Manage international supply chain logistics, production schedules, and subcontractors across the UAE.
- Make critical decisions on material selection, finishes, and defect resolution for luxury specifications.
- Engage with high-level stakeholders — designers, contractors, and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Own project budgets and timelines for packages ranging from AED 25M–50M+.
What Makes You a Strong Fit :-
- Proven experience managing marble/stone works in luxury or high-end construction projects.
- Strong technical understanding of stone production, finishing, and installation methods.
- Experience working with international suppliers and complex logistics.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across design, construction, and client teams.
- Commercial awareness with accountability for budgets, timelines, and delivery quality.
- Hands-on leadership style — confident both on-site and in coordination meetings.
Preferred :-
- Ultra-luxury residential or 5-star hospitality background
- International sourcing (EU suppliers, market benchmarking)
- Quarry or fabrication floor experience
- Familiarity with Middle Eastern and Gulf market standards
- CIOB, RIBA, or construction management qualification
- Arabic language skills
Portfolio :-
- Luxury villas, penthouses, high-end hotels, resort developments
- Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Egyptian marble sourcing
- CEN/ASTM standards and Gulf construction codes
