* Build and own the global luxury segment strategy (not market-specific), targeting UHNW and HNW audiences.

* Conceptualize and lead the creation of bespoke luxury content across owned, earned, and paid channels, appealing to affluent travelers.

* Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the company's competitiveness in the luxury sector.

* Build go-to-market strategies for high-end tourism products

* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the luxury market and marketing practices.

Requirements:

* A degree in Marketing or a relevant field.

* Proven experience in marketing and running a marketing team.

* Proven expertise in communicating with UHNW/HNW audiences through tailored messaging and high-touch experiences.
