Role Description The Luxury Off Plan Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, focused on selling high-end off-plan residential and mixed-use projects. The specialist will identify and qualify prospective buyers, conduct property presentations, site visits, and consultations, and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, coordinating with internal sales and marketing teams, staying current on project launches, pricing, and market trends, and preparing accurate sales documentation and reports. The role involves working closely with developers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates, smooth transaction processes, and an exceptional client experience for international and local buyers.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English with strong communication skills; proficiency in one or more of the following languages is highly preferred: German, Russian, or other European languages.
• Proven experience in luxury real estate, off-plan property sales, or high-value investment advisory within the UAE or similar markets.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to work with diverse, international clientele.
• Solid understanding of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets, off-plan project structures, and basic property investment and financial concepts.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects and leads in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and standard office software to track leads, prepare presentations, and report performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Immediate availability to join, with a customer-focused mindset and adherence to ethical, non-discriminatory professional conduct.
