This is an opportunity to work with Tier 1 developers, premium launches, and high-value clients while building a strong personal brand in one of Dubai's most competitive real estate markets.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advise HNW/UHNW clients on luxury and investment properties
• Drive sales across exclusive off-plan and premium launches
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified clients
• Conduct property presentations, viewings and investment consultations
• Develop long-term relationships with investors and key clients
• Stay ahead of Dubai market trends, launches and investment opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of proven Dubai real estate sales experience
• Strong track record in off-plan and/or luxury property sales
• Existing client network and strong business development skills
• Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills
• Self-driven, ambitious and target-oriented
• Strong understanding of Dubai's premium property market
