We are not looking to hire a large number of agents.

We are looking for a small number of serious real estate professionals who already know how to sell, build relationships and close high-value business.

Our team has been involved in billions of dirhams in real estate sales, and a number of agents who have worked within our environment have gone on to become million-dirham earners and top performers.

We are now looking for the next few people who can genuinely perform at that level.

This Role Is For You If

You already have experience in real estate and believe you are capable of significantly more with the right platform behind you.

You are ambitious, competitive, professional and comfortable dealing with high-net-worth clients.

You do not need someone constantly pushing you to work.

You understand that serious results come from discipline, consistency and the ability to close.

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous real estate sales experience
• Dubai real estate experience strongly preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Professional, polished client-facing presence
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Consistent follow-up and work ethic
• Confidence working with high-value and international clients
• Ambition to become one of the strongest performers in the business
• Luxury, secondary-market and off-plan experience are all valuable.

Compensation

This is a fully commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.

For the right consultant, the opportunity is not about earning a standard salary.
