We are on the lookout for dynamic Property Consultants to join our vibrant team. If you're eager to learn the ins and outs of becoming the top Real Estate broker in Dubai, we offer an unmatched opportunity. We're rolling out a new Real Estate program designed to enable you to earn 100% commission once you've successfully completed your training period and demonstrated readiness to operate independently.

Takween Aldar Real Estate stands out as the sole fully-licensed real estate brokerage in Dubai that elevates agents into entrepreneurs. We collaborate exclusively with agents, offering a unique commission structure. Initially, you'll start with a 50% commission, and once you've successfully met your training goals and KPIs, you'll graduate to our senior team where you'll be earning a full 100% commission on all your transactions.

With Takween Aldar Real Estate, once you become a senior agent you'll have the autonomy to operate without micromanagement or authoritative oversight from directors or managers.
