This is a full-time on-site role for a Luxury Property Sales Specialist located in Abu Dhabi. The role involves engaging with clients to sell luxury residential and commercial properties, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers. Responsibilities include managing and executing sales strategies, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, staying informed about market trends, and attending training sessions to enhance sales expertise.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in Training and guiding clients or team members in real estate transactions
• Proficiency in market analysis and an understanding of the local real estate landscape
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a highly dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
