This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Luxury Property Salesperson - Arabic Speaker. The role involves managing relationships with clients, showcasing high-end properties, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Responsibilities include handling property listings, conducting market research, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The salesperson will also actively contribute to business development by identifying potential clients and staying updated on market trends and opportunities.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including fluency in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in property sales, client relationship management, and understanding luxury real estate trends
• Proven abilities in market research and property analysis
• Knowledge of leasing, property listings, and development consultancy
• Sales-driven mindset with a goal-oriented approach
• Customer-focused with experience delivering exceptional client service and satisfaction
• Prior experience in real estate is highly preferred
• A valid UAE driving license and familiarity with the UAE real estate market are advantageous
