Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Agents - OFF PLANS - REAL ESTATES, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Agent will be responsible for actively seeking and engaging with potential clients, presenting and promoting properties, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include conducting market research, negotiating deals, preparing sales contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also requires collaboration with the internal team to strategize and implement sales plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and skills
• Basic knowledge of Insurance and its applications in real estate transactions
• Capability to provide Training to junior sales agents
• Experience in Dubai real estate market is a plus
• Multilingual abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
