Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Real Estate Sales Manager located in Dubai. The Luxury Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the buying and selling process, and managing real estate transactions. The role also involves conducting market research, negotiating property deals, and ensuring compliance with the required regulations.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License and Real Property knowledge
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience in Real Estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
