This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Luxury Real Estate Specialist. The primary responsibilities include managing property listings, assisting clients with purchasing, selling, or leasing luxury real estate, conducting property viewings, and offering investment advice. The specialist will provide exceptional customer service, stay updated on market trends, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Proven expertise in Real Estate sales, development, and property management
• Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate Development processes and trends within the luxury market
• Experience in Sales and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
• Comprehensive understanding of Real Property laws and regulations in the UAE
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and real estate marketing tools is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
