Rotana Star Rent A Car is looking for an experienced Rent A Car Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our team. Rotana Star Rent A Car is one of the most luxurious car rental company in the UAE, offering a premium fleet and exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate should have UAE car rental sales experience, excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, social media, and walk-ins.
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.
- Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer requirements.
- Manage quotations, payments, extensions, and vehicle upgrades.
- Apply effective sales, negotiation, upselling, and closing techniques.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations regarding vehicle availability, delivery, and collection.
- Maintain accurate CRM and booking records.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Requirements
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE rental market.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good WhatsApp, CRM, and computer skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and confident.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Valid UAE visa.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Luxury or sports car rental experience is an advantage.
- UAE Rent A Car sales experience is preferred.
