This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Luxury Residential Expert fluent in Arabic. The role involves driving luxury residential property sales by identifying client needs, conducting property viewings, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, providing tailored advice on available luxury real estate opportunities. Additional responsibilities include market research, maintaining extensive knowledge of luxury properties in the region, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial contact to closing.

• Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation within the real estate or luxury property sectors.
• Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Customer Relationship management skills, with fluency in Arabic and strong English proficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including trends, luxury property offerings, and regional regulations.
• Strong ability in Market Research and Property Valuation to provide tailored recommendations to high-net-worth clients.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other digital platforms specific to real estate management systems.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with excellent time management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is required; knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
