Our client, a leading international M&A bank is looking for strong additions to their team in Dubai on Associate / VP levels
Responsibilities
- Support execution of M&A transactions from origination through closing
- Build financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses
- Prepare pitch materials, information memoranda, and management presentations
- Coordinate due diligence processes and interact with clients and advisors
Qualifications
- 37 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA a plus)
