Job Description

Cebron Global is expanding its lower middle market M&A advisory platform and is seeking an experienced M&A Banker based in the Gulf Cooperation Council region to originate and execute sell-side mandates.

The banker will focus on identifying privately held GCC companies whose owners are considering a full sale, majority recapitalization, strategic partnership, or cross-border transaction with buyers in the United States and Europe.

Sector Focus

We are particularly interested in companies operating in:

  • Electrical contracting and electrical infrastructure
  • Electrification and power systems
  • Thermal management and cooling technologies
  • HVAC installation, maintenance, and services
  • Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services
  • Data center infrastructure and mission-critical facilities
  • Energy-efficiency and building-services businesses
  • Related industrial and technical service sectors

The Opportunity

The GCC contains a substantial base of founder-owned and family-owned businesses that may benefit from access to international buyers and institutional capital.

Cebron Global develops and manages cross-border sell-side processes targeting:

  • US and European private equity firms
  • US infrastructure and industrial investment funds
  • US corporate strategic acquirers
  • International engineering and technical-services companies
  • Industry consolidators and platform companies

The selected banker will represent Cebron Global in the GCC and help build relationships with business owners, family offices, professional advisers, and other transaction sources.

Responsibilities

  • Originate qualified lower middle market sell-side mandates throughout the GCC
  • Develop direct relationships with founders, shareholders, and family-owned businesses
  • Evaluate company ownership objectives, transaction readiness, and valuation expectations
  • Secure engagement agreements for Cebron Global
  • Assist with financial and commercial assessment of prospective clients
  • Coordinate with Cebron's US and international transaction team
  • Support buyer outreach, management presentations, negotiations, due diligence, and closing
  • Develop referral relationships with attorneys, accountants, family offices, lenders, and corporate advisers
  • Build a long-term pipeline of proprietary GCC M&A opportunities

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, transaction advisory, or business brokerage
  • Established relationships with business owners and decision-makers in one or more GCC countries
  • The ability to originate and secure sell-side mandates independently
  • Knowledge of lower middle market business valuation and transaction processes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Professional fluency in English. Arabic is highly desirable
  • Experience in industrial services, electrical contracting, HVAC, infrastructure, engineering, construction services, or related sectors is preferred
  • The credibility and judgment required to advise founders and family-owned companies on confidential transactions

Candidates must be based in the GCC, with preference for professionals located in the United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia. Candidates elsewhere in the region with strong relationships and transaction experience are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation

This is an entrepreneurial, performance-based position. Compensation will consist of participation in:

  • Sell-side engagement fees
  • Transaction success fees
  • Other transaction-related revenue, where applicable

There is no fixed base salary. This opportunity is intended for experienced professionals who can originate qualified mandates and want to participate directly in the economics of the transactions they help generate and close.
