This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of deals after an LOI has been signed. You&aposll serve as the key facilitator between all stakeholdersour buying partners, brokers, lenders, due diligence providers, and internal teamsto push deals forward from LOI to Closing.
What You&aposll Do- Own the deal execution process Ensure all aspects of a deal move smoothly, keeping communication clear and documentation precise.
- Manage stakeholder communication Serve as the bridge between internal teams and external parties, coordinating introductions, managing expectations, and ensuring progress.
- Oversee due diligence & documentation Support in collecting, preparing, and reviewing key deal documents such as LOIs, IOIs, SBA packages, and financial models.
- Ensure process adherence Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficiency and accuracy in deal execution.
- Support deal closing Work alongside the Deal Execution Manager to drive deals through lender approvals, underwriting, purchase agreements, and closing.
You Must Have- Experience managing M&A transactions or working in a deal execution role (Investment Banking, PE, M&A, Lending, etc.).
- Strong ability to organize and track multiple deals simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for managing stakeholders.
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot bottlenecks in deal flow.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
You Should Have- 2+ years of experience in a relevant role (M&A, investment banking, accounting, private equity, lending, etc.).
- Familiarity with SBA lending, deal structuring, or financial modeling.
- A self-starter mindsetalways looking to improve efficiency and processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control in documentation.
