Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven M&A Specialist / Senior Specialist to join our Corporate Development team. This role will play a key part in identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities that align with our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets within the eCommerce and digital ecosystem
- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and business case development
- Lead due diligence processes across financial, operational, legal, and commercial areas
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors (investment banks, legal firms, consultants)
- Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution
- Develop post-merger integration plans and track performance against investment theses
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA is a plus)
- 3–5 years of experience (Specialist) or 5+ years (Senior Specialist) in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Experience in eCommerce, tech, or digital businesses is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities
