M&E Manager (Main Contractor)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth execution of project
• Plan and manage the project
• Ensure timely submission of monthly progress claim
• Plan and manage daily site activities
• Liaise with Consultants and Owner in all matters related to the project
• Ensure timely hand-over of project while maintaining high quality standard at optimum cost

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalents
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in M&E works
• Good capabilities in project management and cost control control
