M&E RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER

- Supervision of Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Installations.

- Conduct M&E inspections and verify that the installations are in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

- Supervise and ensure that the T&C of M&E services are in accordance with approved method statements.

- Maintain and update records of inspections and defect rectifications progress ensuring completion to the satisfaction of the client / engineer.
