Job Description:

An Apple Certified Mac & Windows Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for both Apple macOS and Windows devices. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring systems, supporting end users, and ensuring devices are secure, compliant, and operating efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for MacBook, iMac, Windows desktops, and laptops.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Resolve hardware, software, printer, and peripheral-related issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Configure user accounts, email, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity.
  • Enroll and manage Apple devices using Apple Business Manager (ABM) and MDM solutions such as Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune.
  • Perform OS updates, software installations, and security patching.
  • Maintain device security and compliance using enterprise standards.
  • Log and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA using ITSM tools.
  • Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty services, and asset management.
  • Provide user guidance and maintain basic technical documentation.

Certification:

  • Apple Device Support or Apple Certified IT Professional.
