Job Description

Lead the design and development of machine learning systems and deep learning models
Design and implement machine learning models using AWS services like SageMaker, Lambda, and EC2
Drive the team's adoption of AWS best practices for machine learning and AI
Run machine learning tests and experiments to ensure the robustness and reliability of models
Implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools for various applications
Study and transform data science prototypes into scalable solutions
Lead initiatives to explore and implement General AI concepts within our cloud-based machine learning models
Develop strategies to leverage Gen AI for creating adaptive and self-improving AI systems using cloud services
Research and stay updated with the latest machine learning and cloud services developments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into cloud-based applications
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to the AI/ML development team
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance measures are in place for AI/ML platforms
Optimize AI/ML workflows for performance, cost efficiency, and resource utilization

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in machine learning and AI
Proven experience as an ML Technical Leader or similar role
Strong machine learning, statistics, programming, and data science expertise
Familiarity with cloud service platforms and machine learning frameworks
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
Familiarity with cloud data storage, orchestration, and computation services
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
