We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in the Gulf. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial machinery and a strong understanding of safety practices. This role involves setting up machines, monitoring operations, and ensuring product quality.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery according to specifications
- Monitor machinery performance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in machine operation or related field
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate various types of machinery and tools
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
