One of our clients - a leading global power management company is looking to hire for Bihler Machine Operators for their plant in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, calibrate, and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and reliable performance.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs to minimize production downtime.
- Carry out machine adjustments, preventive maintenance, and routine cleaning of equipment and work areas.
- Perform machine setup activities to support production requirements.
- Monitor production orders, provide status updates, and ensure finished products are stored correctly.
- Conduct quality inspections in accordance with established inspection procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Escalate equipment or production issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
Required experience:
- Experience operating cam-controlled machines - Bihler. Experience with Wafios or Finzer machines is a strong advantage.
- Basic technical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience in metal stamping, bending, welding, and assembly processes.
- Experience working with automated manufacturing systems and production machinery.
- Basic computer skills for production reporting and machine-related documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
