Machine Operator - BOBST Die Cutters

Role Description The Machine Operator – BOBST Die Cutters is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring BOBST die-cutting machines to ensure efficient and accurate production of packaging and related materials. Responsibilities include preparing materials, adjusting machine settings, performing routine checks, and following production schedules to meet output targets. The Machine Operator inspects finished products for quality, identifies and reports any mechanical or production issues, and performs basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment. This role also requires following safety procedures, collaborating with production and maintenance teams, and documenting production data for continuous improvement.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong machine operation skills, specifically with BOBST die cutters or similar industrial machinery.
• Candidates should possess quality control skills, including inspecting products, identifying defects, and ensuring adherence to production standards.
• Candidates should possess experience working safely with machinery and hand tools in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and team members on production requirements and issues.
• Candidates should possess basic mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines.
• Previous experience in packaging, printing, or die-cutting operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machine operation is an advantage.
