Support the Quality Inspector to ensure all products meet standard finished goods specifications.
Maintain cleanliness of the production line during the shift and at month-end.
Accurately complete the daily production report and submit it to the Production Team Leader.
Set up the machine correctly and perform size changeovers as needed.
Handle raw materials appropriately, including receiving, returning, and transferring to/from the Raw Material Warehouse.
Promptly notify the Lead Operator and Line Setter of any machine issues.
Ensure all finished goods pallets, waste bins, waste trolleys, and raw materials are stored in their designated areas.
Follow all safety and environmental guidelines and participate in HSE toolbox talks.
Take part in all relevant levels of Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) system activities, including development, planning, evaluation, and improvement.
Job Responsibilities & Tasks
Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the extrusion field.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the extrusion and printing processes.
Language Skills: Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Physical Health: Must be in good physical condition and able to work in hot and demanding environments.
Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and in challenging conditions.
