Role Description
The Chat English Account role is a full-time on-site position based in Cairo. Responsibilities include communicating with clients in English through chat platforms, providing excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries, delivering solutions in a timely manner, and handling translations between English and other languages when necessary. The role also involves supporting English language learning through virtual engagement and assisting with training content development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English Teaching and Training skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Translation between English and other languages
- Excellent written and verbal English language proficiency
