About Position:
We are seeking a Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in enterprise mainframe technologies to design, develop, maintain, and support business-critical applications. The role involves working on large-scale mainframe systems, delivering reliable solutions, supporting modernization initiatives, and ensuring high application performance and stability across enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and related technologies.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable, and reliable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely fixes to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and support teams, throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Optimize application performance, ensure code quality, and support system upgrades, enhancements, and modernization initiatives.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience in Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, and IMS.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop robust, high-performing mainframe solutions.
- Experience in application debugging, performance tuning, incident management, and production support.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, version control, and release management processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Education- B.E. / B.Tech./ M.C.A.
