What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- Support preventive maintenance planning and maintenance activities using SAP.
- Get hands-on exposure to engineering projects, from planning through execution and commissioning.
- Support troubleshooting activities and help identify root causes of recurring equipment failures.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
- Support spare parts management and monitor critical inventory and stock levels.
- Assist with calibration planning, records, certificates, and coordination.
- Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and data analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Engineering & Maintenance.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with HSE and Life Saving Rules.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably within a relevant technical discipline.
- Fresh graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience.
- Interest in building a career within Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Industrial, Process, or Chemical environments.
- Strong interest in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, engineering projects, and plant operations.
- Comfortable working in both field-based and office-based environments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving mindset with an interest in identifying root causes and continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with technical documentation, maintenance records, and calibration data.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Advanced level of English.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of or exposure to SAP is an advantage.
