Job Vacancy: Maintenance Department Supervisor

Al-Amri Factory is seeking a highly qualified and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our technical team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). We are looking for a candidate who can ensure operational excellence and enhance the reliability of our industrial assets.

Responsibilities:

Full supervision of the maintenance department, ensuring maximum uptime for production lines.

Hands-on diagnosis and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in heavy transport equipment (Cranes, Dump trucks).

Implementing and auditing Preventive (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) programs.

Analyzing root causes of failures to minimize downtime and optimize maintenance costs.

Utilizing ERP systems and MS Office (Excel) to generate performance reports and cost analysis.

Leading Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to enhance factory efficiency.

Requirements:

Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).

Experience: 58 years of experience in factory maintenance, with a strong preference for candidates from the Concrete or Block industry.

Technical Skills: Proven experience in maintaining heavy machinery and transport fleets.

Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is highly preferred.

Leadership: Strong planning, organizational, and team management capabilities.
