Formulating preventive maintenance plans for all factory equipment and tracking execution with the team. 6. Designing daily routine maintenance plans for highly sensitive and critical equipment and areas. 7. Monitoring and supervising periodic inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure workflow quality. 8. Conducting failure analysis, defining repair steps, and estimating the time required for resolution. 9. Monitoring spare parts and maintaining minimum stock levels for consumable components. 10. Reducing expenses by prioritizing the repair and refurbishment of spare parts. 11. Following up on maintenance-related procurement activities with the Purchasing Department.  Injection machines, PLC, Robots, conveyers, chillers, compressors. Working Hours: 9 Hours/Day
