Maintenance Engineer - Oil & gas

Job Responsibilities:

Experience : 10+ Years

Condition and Performance monitoring (direct and via data operation system) over all Centrifugal Gas Compressors equipment within the identified boundaries;

Advisory so that all start-ups, shutdowns and switchovers of processes relevant to the Centrifugal Gas Compressors are in accordance with operating procedures, manuals;

Equipment attendance, walk downs and monitoring of the Centrifugal Gas Compressors in accordance with operating procedures, manuals;

Acts jointly with the Company's Representative to investigate equipment failures and proposes measures to prevent reoccurrences in accordance with Company procedures.

Weekly data analysis and report: a resident engineer on daily basis shall analyse operating parameters and provide a weekly report. In case of a deviation from normal operation and/or alarm/trip signal appearance on HMI screen a detailed recommendation to be developed and provided to Company teams to resolve the issue.

Engineering services for detailed data analysis, investigation of irregularities and malfunctions, modifications, etc.

Review of current Maintenance Strategy and recommendations for amendment if required for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument and Automation and Control.

Supervising maintenance activities for different disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument and Automation).

Review and analysis of spare parts and special tools with issue of a report with recommended spare parts, capital spare parts and special tools.
