Shredding / Hammer Mill Maintenance Engineer.

Position Summary :

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and performance of industrial shredding and hammer mill equipment at our Mesaieed facility. The role is critical to maintaining equipment uptime, production continuity, and safe plant operations.

Key Resposibilities :

• Carry out preventive, predictive, and beeakdown maintenance on shredders, hammer mills, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Troublleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect, replace, and manage wear components suck as hammers, screens, shafts, bearings, liners, belts, and couplings.
• Coordinate maintenance work.
• Plan and Monitor inventory and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe maintenance practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degrwe in Mechanical, Electrical, or industrial Engineering.
• 3-7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Exposure to shredders, hammer mills, crushers or heavy rotating machinery.
• Working knowledge.
• Experience in metal recycling, scrap processing, steel, or heavy industry is an advantage.
