Position Summary
Leads shift technicians to keep plant automation, electrical systems, and heavy mechanical machinery running safely and at maximum capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Automation & PLCs: Maintains and troubleshoots plant PLC software programming to resolve automation line stops.
- High-Voltage Power: Monitors incoming high-voltage power supply control panels, transformers, and substations.
- Infrastructure Care: Performs regular physical check-ups and cleanings on power grid infrastructure.
- Panel Engineering: Assembles industrial electric panels using professional power cable dressing.
- Industrial Mixing Systems: Fixes heavy-duty paddle and plowshare mixers, mechanical seals, fluid couplings, and gearboxes.
- Mechanical Assets: Troubleshoots gearboxes, motors, bucket elevators, screw conveyors, belt conveyors, and hanger bearings.
- Robotics & Packing: Manages automated bagging machines and multi-axis ABB robotic packaging arms.
- Shift Leadership: Schedules, manages, and trains shift technicians on fast, safe repair methods.
Job Requirements
- Past Leadership: Worked as a Lead Maintenance Engineer or Team Head previously.
- Industry Match: Experience in a Cement, Dry mix, or Ready-mix plant is highly preferred.
- Education: Holds a bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Mechanical Engineering.
