Job Summary
As a System and Network Support Engineer, you play a crucial role in identifying and resolving system and network issues. Collaborating closely with senior staff, you ensure efficient troubleshooting and timely resolution, often preempting customer calls. Your responsibilities extend to maintaining records, collecting customer satisfaction data, and overseeing the quality and functionality of integrated systems. Additionally, you proactively address any issues that arise during project execution, ensuring project requirements are met
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor systems for repair needs to prevent customer complaints and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints through emails/phone calls, open trouble tickets, and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Adhere to all policies, processes, and operating procedures for consistent work execution.
- Execute complex day-to-day operations to comply with standards and ensure work continuity.
- Collaborate with relevant team members to gather information for solution implementation.
Monitor customer satisfaction regarding responsiveness and repair times to analyze feedback and strategize improvement plans.
- Maintain computer records and reports, including trouble tickets and fault recovery documents, ensuring accuracy and currency.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge in alignment with evolving technology to effectively fulfill job requirements.
