Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machinery, with a strong focus on CNC fiber laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, and laser welding machines. This role requires hands-on technical expertise to ensure maximum machine uptime, performance, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC fiber cutting, bending, and laser welding machines
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and implement effective repairs
- Ensure machines operate efficiently with minimal downtime
- Coordinate with production teams to support operational requirements
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and spare parts usage records
- Comply with safety standards and company maintenance procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintaining CNC fiber cutting machines, CNC bending machines, and laser welding machines
- Strong knowledge of CNC systems, drives, motors, sensors, and industrial control systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and electrical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with international CNC machine brands
- Basic knowledge of PLCs and servo systems
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
