Essential Job Functions
- To organize and motivate part leaders and technicians according to maintenance activity plans.
- To plan and complete preventive maintenance activities
- To report the problems and activity results to department engineers
- To prepare and submit monthly troubleshooting report
- To follow attendance and overtime status of his team members and report to HR department,
- To organize internal trainings for team members,
- To plan and execute new improvements regarding to cost saving, efficiency increase and line stop ratio decrease
- To follow spare part stock level and fixed asset equipments list related to his jobs and responsibility area
- To complete instructions which department engineers gave him
- To execute his jobs according to department work instructions and company general rules.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Having necessary technical knowledge and skill related with his duty areas,
- Capable of technical and interpersonal skills for motivating and leading his team
- Having analytic mind and quick action for troubleshooting
- Capable of preparing report and presentation
- Capable of work intensive and flexible working hours
- Having minimum intermediate level English knowledge to read and understand related technical documents and communicate with other employees.
- Having neither physical nor psychological problem which may prevent to execute site jobs
- Capable of working in intensive and flexible working hours
- To be familiar to 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Preventive Maintenance etc. improvement applications on site
Education and Experience
- Graduated from technical high school and/or junior technical college degree
- Having minimum 5-8 year's experience related to machinery maintenance in industrial plants
- Having minimum 5-8 year's experience and knowledge about PLC programing, automation systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, welding application, piping etc.
- Team management capability and experience in industrial plants
