In this role, you will be the strategic lead for all maintenance functions. You will ensure our production equipment and support facilities (HVAC, Boilers, CO2, etc.) operate at peak efficiency. You will lead a technical team, manage significant CAPEX OPEX budgets, and implement best-in-class preventive maintenance programs to meet our ambitious production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute departmental budgets, including staffing, spare parts, and major equipment overhauls.
- Implement effective preventive maintenance programs and ensure all site assets are maintained to the highest standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop a technical team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and technical mastery.
- Lead root-cause analysis and process improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and optimize productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements across all facilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Electronics Engineering
- Experience: 5–7 years of plant maintenance or engineering management experience, ideally in the beverage, bottling, or FMCG industry.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP PM module). Ability to read blueprints and layouts.
- Competencies: Exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills (English and Arabic fluency required).
