Maintenance Manager | PLIME | Saudi Arabia
PLIME is one of Abunayyan Holding Subsidiary is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of plant equipment and facilities. This role plays a critical part in supporting both the start-up phase and ongoing operations, aligning with PLIME's strategic goals and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, including technicians and engineers.
- Plan maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
- Oversee maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with Engineering for equipment upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years in maintenance management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proven experience in plant start-up and commissioning phases.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and planning abilities.
- Familiarity with CMMS and maintenance planning tools.
