Role Description
1- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to maximize equipment availability and minimize
unplanned downtime.
2- Lead, manage, and develop maintenance teams by assigning work, monitoring performance, and ensuring technical
capability and accountability.
3- Oversee maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and facilities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.
4- Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory to ensure availability of critical components and effective stock control.
5- Coordinate maintenance activities with production and other departments to support operational continuity and minimize
disruptions.
6- Drive continuous improvement and reliability enhancement initiatives to reduce maintenance costs and improve asset
performance.
7- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and food safety standards (HSE, GMP, HACCP, ISO) across all maintenance
activities.
8- Monitor maintenance KPIs, analyze breakdown trends and costs, and implement corrective actions based on data analysis.
9- Prepare and present maintenance performance reports and recommendations to management to support informed
decision-making.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing environments, covering production, utilities, and
packaging operations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline).
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
