Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Monitor and direct day-to-day plant maintenance activities, ensuring all predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance schedules are executed efficiently across production and packaging lines.
• Systems Management: Utilize SAP and CMMS platforms to track work orders, analyze equipment performance data, and manage asset life cycles.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Oversee spare parts inventory management, establish minimum/maximum stock levels, and drive spare parts localization initiatives to optimize the maintenance budget and OPEX.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement operational excellence methodologies such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to systematically eliminate recurring equipment failures.
• Quality & Food Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with stringent food safety and quality frameworks (e.g., GMP, HACCP). Oversee equipment enhancements related to food defense, such as magnetic filtration and hygienic design standards.
• Health & Safety: Cultivate a zero-harm culture by enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments (e.g., LOTO), and ensuring all engineering modifications meet safety compliance standards.
• Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team of engineers and technicians to build internal capability and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on technical engineering experience, with at least 3+ years serving directly as a Maintenance Manager in an FMCG food manufacturing environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in utilizing SAP and modern CMMS software for maintenance planning and inventory control.
• Skills: Strong leadership skills and strong analytical mindset, excellent cross-functional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
