Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Manager at Extrucoat21. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance measures, managing maintenance and repair activities, and supervising a team of maintenance staff for electrical and mechanical departments. The role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of extruding and painting equipment, analyzing maintenance needs, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with other departments to minimize downtime and optimize production.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Maintenance Management for at least 10 years
• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
• Knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Experience in the aluminum or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• knowledge of SAP PM module is a plus
