Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee fleet maintenance operations across the UAE. The role is responsible for ensuring vehicle and equipment reliability, maximizing fleet availability, reducing downtime, and maintaining high safety and maintenance standards. The Maintenance Manager will lead maintenance teams, manage service providers, and coordinate with internal and international technical teams to ensure efficient maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Maintenance Specialists and maintenance teams across multiple locations.
• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for vehicles and equipment.
• Monitor fleet availability, breakdowns, maintenance schedules, and downtime performance.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs, inspections, and servicing activities.
• Coordinate with Operations and Area Managers to minimize operational disruptions during maintenance activities.
• Manage workshops, external service providers, and maintenance vendors.
• Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, checklists, and compliance documentation.
• Analyze maintenance data, identify recurring issues, and implement corrective actions to improve fleet reliability.
• Coordinate spare parts, tools, and consumables requirements.
• Support fleet expansion and new vehicle deployments by ensuring maintenance readiness.
• Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, forecasts, and improvement plans.
• Liaise with the China technical team for troubleshooting and repair support.
• Ensure all new vehicles are inspected, serviced, and deployment-ready before operations.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, automotive service, equipment maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience managing technicians, maintenance teams, workshops, and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE as required.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial fleets, electric vehicles (EVs), logistics, or mobility operations.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
